Job summary

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist in Dubai to lead advanced adult rehabilitation programs within accredited facilities. The role requires extensive clinical expertise and a DHA license eligibility to practice.

The candidate will develop personalized therapy plans, mentor junior therapists, and contribute to discharge planning, home-based care guidance, and follow-up assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Minimum 10 years of post-degree Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience creating and implementing personalized therapy plans for adults.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and ADLs.
• Experience with discharge planning, home-based care guidance, and rehabilitation follow-up.
• Strong clinical documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Experience mentoring junior therapists and students.
• Eligibility for DHA License as an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the same capacity after obtaining the degree.
• Experience developing and implementing personalized therapy plans for adult patients.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
• Experience in discharge planning, home-based care guidance, and rehabilitation follow-up.
• Strong clinical documentation skills in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior therapists and students.
• Must be eligible for a DHA License as an Occupational Therapist.
