Qualification & Skills required

Essential

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science or related field is the minimum requirements for this position
• • Cisco Certification CCNA and CCNP, CCIE, CISSP
• • ITIL certified
• • Minimum 5 years in Network Administration role

Desirable

• • MBA
• • Project Management (Waterfall and Agile) Certification
• • ISO27001
• • Cisco Certification such as CCIE and CISSP
• • 2+ years' experience of managing Network and Secuirty Projects

Must have - Modules

• • Solid understanding of all layers of the OSI model, LAN/WAN networks
• • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and subnetting.
• • Hands‑on experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet.
• • Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
• • Familiarity with network security principles, practices, and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
• • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• • Experience in enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
