Job summary

Globant in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team focused on modernizing critical software with Azure-native patterns. You will review codebases, implement CI/CD in Azure DevOps, and collaborate with infrastructure to deploy App Service, Functions, and Container Apps.

Strong Azure, database, and security know-how are essential. This role emphasizes reading legacy code, documenting components, and delivering reliable solutions in cloud environments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional .NET development experience on modern .NET stack.
• Strong knowledge of Azure App Service, Functions and Container Apps.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL).
• Familiarity with Azure identity, security services and integration services.
• Proficient in reading existing code with limited documentation.
• Excellent written English for technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand existing .NET codebases across business domains.
• Support application discovery and document components, dependencies, and DB connections.
• Adapt applications for Azure-native configuration and security.
• Collaborate with infra for Terraform-managed environments.
• Troubleshoot integrations with external services and APIs.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup in Azure DevOps.
