Job summary

A leading engineering company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Construction NDT & Welding Inspector. Responsibilities include supervising welding qualifications, ensuring compliance with project standards, and verifying non-destructive tests. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector. NDT Level III certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in oil & gas or industrial sector projects.
• Experience on the main contractor side.
• NDT Level III certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise welding procedure qualifications and welders’ qualifications.
• Check compliance of field welds with project specifications.
• Verify non-destructive tests and heat treatment executions.
• Maintain records of non-destructive tests and repairs.
• Prepare monthly reports on NDT activities.
