Job summary

Luxoft in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Murex Front Office expert to join GM IT FO Squad. The role covers support, configuration, and pricing validation for Global Markets.

You will lead complex structured products pricing, activation of payoffs, and coordinate with traders, structuring, quant teams and external vendors.

The position requires extensive Murex experience, breadth across asset classes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years total experience, including 5-10 years in Murex FO.
• Experience setting up and validating Interest rate curves including ARRs.
• Expertise in multiple asset classes (≥2) such as IR vanilla and exotic derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, FX Derivatives, Structured Products Credit Derivatives, FIMM.
• Expertise in pricing, valuation, risk management and sensitivities including for exotic products.
• Strong exposure to FO Modules of Murex
• Experience in implementation and supporting Murex v3.1 with regards to front office capabilities
• Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products and front to back.
• Experience on implementation of both linear and non-linear products in Murex
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication
• Extensive experience supporting and implementing Structured Products and Exotic Derivatives within Murex
• Strong understanding of pricing, valuation, lifecycle events, and risk management of various products
• Experience with model governance, validation, and regulatory requirements affecting structured products
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex implementations across Front Office, Risk, Quant, Operations, Finance and external vendors

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 trading floor support to traders and control groups.
• Configure curves and static data in Murex.
• Write new pre-trade rules, create/modify lookup tables and payoff templates.
• Lead patch upgrades and testing to avoid regressions.
• Coordinate with Front Office traders, Structuring teams, Quant Analysts and Risk/Finance teams.
• Prepare functional specs, BRDs, test cases and implementation docs.
• Gather and document business requirements for Structured Products across asset classes.
• Lead payoff activation for complex products (Range Accruals, Bermudan Swaps, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors (Murex, Numerix) for pricing model validation and enhancements.
• Manage end-to-end testing: booking, pricing validation, lifecycle events, accounting impact.
• Support governance, model validation, and regulatory reporting considerations.
