Qualifications

• Fully attested degree required (home country + UAE).
• Must have a UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Manage calls and resolve customer issues in line with SLA agreements.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on office products and production equipment.
• Carry out installations and software updates.
• Provide guidance to team members on best practices.

Skills

Knowledge of computers and networks

Customer-facing communication skills

Troubleshooting electrical circuits

SafeQ and Papercut PMS certification

Experience with Konica Minolta products

Education

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
