Job summary

Edenred in Dubai is seeking an experienced MLRO/Financial Crime Manager to lead the organization’s AML/CFT program end-to-end. You will own governance, policies, and controls, oversee transaction monitoring and screening, and liaise with UAE regulators while reporting to Senior Management and the Board.

The role requires a strong background in AML/CFT, SAR/STR investigations, and fraud prevention, with UAE regulatory knowledge and English fluency. Dubai-based, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of AML/CFT experience in fintech/payments.
• Proven AML/CFT leadership with SAR/STR reporting and investigations.
• Deep knowledge of UAE AML/CFT laws, CBUAE guidelines and FIU requirements.
• Experience with transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP screening, and fraud controls.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the AML/CFT program end-to-end, including governance, policies, and controls.
• Lead detection, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activity.
• Decide on STR/SAR filings and follow-up actions with regulators.
• Manage the FinCrime and Fraud team and coordinate with senior management.
• Provide reporting to the Board, CLCO, and regulators; improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Compliance Lead, Legal, IT, and business units.
