Job summary

AI71 is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Ops Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize ML models powering our AI solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into impactful AI products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AI/ML, strong Python, and proven LLM experience with modern tooling (LoRA/QLoRA). Join us in shaping enterprise AI at AI71.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Data Science, CS, or Statistics.
• 5+ years in AI, ML, reinforcement learning, or data science.
• Proven experience with LLMs and parameter-efficient fine-tuning methods (LoRA, QLoRA).
• Strong Python proficiency; competitive coding background preferred.
• Experience building LLM-powered apps using FastAPI/Flask and Streamlit.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, deploy, and optimize predictive models and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into ML tasks.
• Monitor and improve models based on live performance and needs.
• Maintain data preprocessing pipelines for high-quality inputs.
