Job summary

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of all MEP materials ensuring real-time data for efficient project execution
• Receive inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications promptly addressing any discrepancies
• Organize and store materials in a safe efficient and accessible manner optimizing storage space and minimizing damage
• Issue materials to project teams based on approved requisitions maintaining meticulous records of material usage
• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant vocational certification
• Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a storekeeping role, preferably within the MEP or construction industry
• Exhibits a strong understanding of MEP materials, including their specifications, applications, and storage requirements
• Has experience with inventory management software and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping
