Job summary

Senior QA/QC Engineer – MEP in Dubai, UAE is required by siscojobs on behalf of a reputed construction client. The role focuses on leading QA/QC activities for MEP works across large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, method statements and standards.

The candidate will review ITPs, MIRs/WIRs, NCRs, and surveillance records; coordinate inspections with project engineers and subcontractors; and prepare QA/QC reports and closeout documentation. 7–10+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• MEP QA/QC: Strong understanding of quality control procedures covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
• MEP Inspection: Ability to inspect installations against approved drawings and project specifications.
• Quality Documentation: Knowledge of ITPs, method statements, MIRs/WIRs, inspection records, and QA/QC reports.
• NCR Management: Ability to identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Testing & Commissioning: Understanding of MEP testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for MEP works across construction projects.
• Inspect installations against drawings, specs, and standards.
• Review ITPs, submittals, method statements, and QA/QC records.
• Coordinate inspections with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify non-conforming work, issue NCRs, and monitor corrective actions.
• Monitor MEP testing and commissioning activities and maintain records.
• Prepare QA/QC reports, inspection records, snag lists, and closeout documentation.
