Job summary

Talents Tide is seeking a high-calibre Planning Manager – MEP to lead project planning, scheduling, and controls on major MEP construction projects in Dubai. The role blends strategic governance with hands-on delivery, delivering schedules, forecasts, and progress reports to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Proven experience as a Planning Manager / Senior Planning Engineer – MEP.
• Strong background in MEP contracting and construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, high-rise, or mixed-use projects.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Preference for UAE-based candidates; international candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall MEP project planning and scheduling.
• Develop, manage, and maintain baseline programmes.
• Monitor progress, productivity, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and management reports.
• Conduct delay analysis, recovery planning, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate planning activities with Project Managers, Construction Teams, Consultants, and Clients.
• Support resource planning and project controls throughout the project lifecycle.
