Job summary

Sky International Technical Works L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer (MEP) to lead project scheduling for high-rise building initiatives. You will develop baselines, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and coordinate with MEP teams.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in mechanical or electrical engineering and 9–12 years of MEP planning experience, with strong expertise in delay analysis and EOT on large-budget projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• 9–12 years of MEP planning experience, high-rise projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience with delay analysis and extensions of time on large high-rise projects over budget.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays / risks.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper sequencing of activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Track manpower, materials, and site progress.
• Support project team in planning and resource allocation.
