Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking an experienced Senior Facility Manager (MEP) to lead end-to-end FM and MEP operations for luxury properties in Dubai. The role requires managing elite VIP clients and coordinating with technical teams, service providers, and vendors to ensure top-tier quality and uptime.

Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years in FM with a strong MEP background, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, and hands-on experience with smart home/building systems for high-end villas.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant Facilities Management experience and a strong MEP/technical background.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Managing high-end luxury properties and villas, particularly those equipped with smart home/building systems.
• Managing elite/VIP clients and overseeing day-to-day facilities operations.
• Leading MEP and Civil retrofit projects, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and milestones.
• Managing technical teams, maintenance activities, service providers, and overall FM operations.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FM and MEP operations across high-end luxury properties in Dubai.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure service levels and occupancy comfort.
• Oversee budget, vendors, and maintenance schedules to maximise uptime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in operation efficiency and guest satisfaction.
