Job summary

Al Rostamani Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer - Electrical to join Emirates Electrical Engineering. The role focuses on designing Electrical Lighting, Small Power and ELV systems for commercial and industrial buildings in the UAE, ensuring compliance with local codes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least five years' MEP experience and strong design software skills to drive energy-efficient solutions and effective RFIs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Design Engineer in MEP projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to design Electrical Lighting, Small Power and ELV systems.
Perform design calculations for cables, lighting and devices for various buildings.
Prepare detailed design drawings and documentation for procurement and installation.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.
Provide technical support during construction and respond to RFIs.
Conduct quality checks of design plans.
