Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Prior UAE experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and cost planning including final cost plan.
• Production of full Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Negotiating with contractors and agreeing final accounts.
