Job summary

Agile Consultants in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Mechatronic Engineer with 10–15 years of relevant experience in paper machines, hydraulic/mechatronic systems, or heavy industrial equipment. The role demands hands-on expertise with modern paper machines and complex hydraulic systems, plus strong capability in troubleshooting, maintenance, and field operations.

You will take responsibility from day one, lead a technical team in the field, and plan maintenance activities using CMMS/SAP.

Qualifications

10–15 years of relevant experience in paper machines or heavy industrial equipment.
Strong hands-on experience with modern paper machines.
Experience with complex hydraulic systems.
Leadership and ability to supervise a technical team.
Experience with maintenance planning and CMMS/SAP.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot paper machine hydraulic and mechatronic systems in the field.
Work with modern paper machines and complex hydraulic networks.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Plan maintenance activities and schedules using CMMS/SAP.
Lead, guide, and supervise a field technical team.
Work independently with minimal supervision from day one.
