Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and building services.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and UAE construction regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of mechanical works including HVAC and Plumbing.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct technical evaluations and resolve construction-related issues.
