Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be based in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves overseeing engineering tasks, managing construction and fabrication, and leveraging expertise in API and ASME standards for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 12 years of experience (6+ years in mechanical engineering for oil and gas), and strong EPC lifecycle knowledge with offshore experience; ARAMCO project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Total 12 years of experience; 6 years in Mechanical Engineering for major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Strong expertise in EPC lifecycles, offshore construction, commissioning, operation and start-up experience.
• Prior ARAMCO project experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

A Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee engineering tasks, manage construction and fabrication, and require specialized knowledge of standards like API, ASME etc.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Twelve (12) years of experience; Six (6) years of them within the field of Mechanical Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Strong expertise in EPC project lifecycles, offshore construction, in offshore projects with commissioning, operation and start up experience.
• Previous experience in ARAMCO project is an added advantage.
