Job summary

A multinational design and engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in supervision and design for residential projects, including villas and mansions. This position requires an immediate start and offers an initial contract of 18-24 months. Strong coordination skills and knowledge of local standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience with at least 2 in a recognized PMC or supervision consultancy company.
• Strong design review and supervision engineer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of local design standards and local authorities' requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Resident Engineer.
• Review, monitor, and supervise all Mechanical Works.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and Electrical Disciplines.
