Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager to oversee on-site activities in Abu Dhabi, ensure schedules and quality standards, and coordinate with mechanical subcontractors.

Applicants should have 10+ years in mechanical construction PM, a BE in Mechanical Engineering, and professional certs such as PMP or LEED AP are advantageous. Gulf/ADNOC experience is preferred; maximum age 49 (50 with Gulf experience).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical construction project management.
• Experience managing large-scale mechanical installations in industrial or commercial settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; PMP/LEED AP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of mechanical construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, their work plans, resources and monitoring.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols; conduct site inspections and audits.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements and material submittals.
