Job summary

Alqaro Roads is seeking a Material Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects (UAE preferred).
• Strong knowledge of asphalt, concrete, soil mechanics, and aggregates.
• Familiarity with RTA, Dubai Municipality, and international standards.
• Experience in material testing laboratories and site quality control.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve material submittals in line with project specifications.
• Conduct and supervise laboratory and field testing of materials.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards on materials.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor asphalt mix designs and production processes.
• Inspect and approve sources of materials on site.
