Job summary

UAE Job Alert is seeking a Master Technician for heavy commercial vehicles in Dubai. You will perform routine servicing, diagnostics, and major component repairs to ensure fleet reliability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on experience with heavy commercial vehicles, a Mechanical/Automobile Engineering diploma, and strong diagnostic skills. English proficiency is required; UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with heavy commercial vehicles.
• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage full-service operations independently.
• Knowledge of service best practices, productivity tools, and workshop safety protocols.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and mechanical inspections on heavy commercial vehicles
• Conduct repairs and replacements of major components (e.g., brake systems, pulleys, belts, bellows)
• Overhaul driveline components with precision and efficiency
• Diagnose faults accurately and resolve issues on the first attempt
• Proactively detect and report potential faults during workshop or field service operations
• Maintain clear communication with Foremen and Service Advisors regarding job status
• Follow OEM repair manuals and service procedures, ensuring checklist completion for every job
• Support after-hours emergency services and 24/7 call-out requirements as needed
