As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will design and execute localized marketing strategies that connect players with world-class gaming experiences. You’ll translate cultural insights into engaging narratives, leverage the most effective digital platforms, and collaborate closely with global and regional teams to deliver impactful, scalable campaigns.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to multiple gaming genres, including battle royale, RPG, and casual titles.
- Craft positioning and go-to-market plans grounded in MENA market insights, aligned with global publishing goals.
- Lead integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
- Manage audience growth across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and regional platforms, leveraging paid media, influencers, and community programs.
- Experiment with new Gen Z and Gen Alpha engagement formats while optimizing media performance for CPC, CPI, and CPV.
- Analyse regional trends and consumer behaviour to refine messaging, expand reach, and enhance local relevance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (acquisition, engagement, retention) using tools such as Tableau and Excel to drive data‑led decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Present insights, campaign performance, and recommendations to senior leadership, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- At least 7 years of marketing experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and analytics within MENA markets.
- Proven success in audience acquisition, engagement, and ROI‑driven marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (Tableau, Excel).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities with cross‑functional leadership experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential; Mandarin is a strong plus.
