Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our team in brand management, marketing, and sales collaborates to develop and execute strategic initiatives. The focus is on driving revenue growth, promoting services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies.

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image, manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Support the Marketing & Communications Lead and team in achieving goals and objectives across various industries.
  • Assist in implementing annual marketing & communication plans.
  • Review budgets and expenses monthly, supporting overall team operations.
  • Develop impactful copy for thought leadership publications, marketing materials, articles, blogs, and event invitations.
  • Guide campaigns to improve customer experience, including email marketing, social media, creative direction, and project management.
  • Support major projects as needed.
  • Become proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to craft customer journeys.
  • Manage industry-related events, sponsorships, and conferences, especially in Financial Services.
  • Coordinate marketing material production with designers, printers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain website content with the web team for industry and priority areas.
  • Assist in developing monthly reports and industry market research.
  • Ensure all work aligns with PwC Middle East's brand standards and identity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the wider team to enhance marketing capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing & Communications roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong writing abilities.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and problem-solving approaches.
  • Flexibility and agility in a dynamic environment.
  • Enthusiastic team player.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Desired Attributes

  • Fluent in Arabic.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Education
