Job summary

The ideal candidate has a university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, 8+ years of experience, fluent English, and solid CAD/CAM proficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production documentation for manufacturing (new projects, prototypes, assembly).
• Improve existing operations; introduce new methods and procedures.
• Identify ways to reduce production costs and resolve technical issues in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for projects.
• Participate in procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment for production.
• Actively participate in lean projects with the Lean Supervisor to eliminate waste.
• Follow the integrated management system procedures and rules.
• Work in accordance with lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Comply with ITC and international trade rules.
• Contribute to standards development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Submit improvement proposals aligned with company goals.
• Respect environmental protection principles.
