Job summary

Visa is seeking a highly strategic Corporate Communications Senior Manager to lead UAE communications and contribute to GCC priorities from Dubai. The role combines media relations, campaigns, and executive storytelling to advance business objectives and strengthen corporate reputation.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage multi-channel content, and ensure alignment across markets while navigating reputational risk in a fast-paced, global payments environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, PR, or media communications.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Strong understanding of media and digital landscape and operating environment in core markets.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with demonstrated ability to leverage digital and AI tools to enhance communications effectiveness.
• Ability to create visual/graphic content, simplify data into insights, and scale content production across channels.
• Highly collaborative with strong project management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of the business, payments ecosystem, technology, innovation, and fintech space, or experience within a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop UAE Communications Strategy & Execution aligned to regional business priorities.
• Raise awareness of Visa and strengthen its corporate reputation among critical audiences with measurable impact.
• Partner with business units to develop and manage project-based campaigns and communications plans.
• Create and manage a multi-channel content pipeline including speeches, presentations, articles, video and social content.
• Develop narratives and scalable messaging frameworks for consistency across campaigns, markets and executive platforms.
• Drive executive content and thought leadership, aligned with corporate narrative and priorities.
• Leverage data and digital capabilities to scale content production and improve message effectiveness.
• Foster relationships with key media and manage proactive reputation-building plans.
• Lead internal communications in UAE with broader GCC alignment, including town halls and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging.
• Direct and manage communications agencies and budgets to achieve objectives.
• Track KPIs and help improve measurement frameworks across markets.
