Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager – R2R (Real Estate) to lead financial and regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across IFRS/US GAAP standards.

You will guide a team of professionals, drive process improvements, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value through robust governance and controls. The role emphasizes strategic planning, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on real estate finance in the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Professional certification such as CA, CPA or ACCA is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting, G/L, and financial close.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and governance frameworks.
• Real estate or related sector experience preferred.
• Middle East regional experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion and FCCS.
• Familiarity with ARCS and AI-driven analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, management reporting, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead a team including Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local standards.
• Drive process improvement and automation across the R2R cycle.
• Provide insights to senior management via dashboards and analyses.
