Overview of the Role

As a Senior Product & Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product and pricing strategy across our Centres of Excellence. Your expertise will drive detailed product planning, pricing analysis, and competitive benchmarking, ensuring our offerings remain market-leading and profitable. You will be a key contributor to strategic decision-making, supporting senior leadership and OEM partners to deliver market share and profitability targets.

What You Will Do
  • Implement pricing strategies aligned with group guidelines and market benchmarks
  • Prepare pricing proposals, conduct profit impact analyses, and ensure competitive price positioning
  • Support the development and execution of product lifecycle plans, including timely updates on specifications and market requirements
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) teams and internal departments to support product updates and pricing approvals
  • Utilize pricing tools and dashboards to develop price scenarios, elasticity models, and business cases
  • Guide and develop analysts in building pricing models and business cases, fostering team competency and engagement
Required Skills to Be Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in product, pricing, or planning roles within the automotive sector
