Job summary

Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) — Abu Dhabi Global Market seeks an senior policy professional to drive conduct and prudential regulatory initiatives within the ADGM framework.

You will manage complex policy projects, oversee consultation processes, and engage with regulators locally and internationally to advance FSRA's regulatory agenda.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Law, Finance, FinTech, Public Policy) or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of policy development or regulatory experience.
• Experience in the digital asset sector and assessing related risks.
• Experience analyzing innovative product offerings and risks in regulatory contexts.
• Knowledge of international standards (BCBS, IOSCO, IAIS, FSB).
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in business English.

Responsibilities
