Job summary

Emirates Investment Authority is seeking a Manager for Performance & Attribution Reporting to lead the end-to-end measurement, attribution, and analytics across the sovereign wealth fund's multi-asset portfolios.

You will supervise data integrity, implement reporting automation, and collaborate with IT, Risk, and Investment teams to deliver insightful, governance-ready commentary for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline.
• CIPM, CFA Charter holder or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
• 10–12 years of experience in investment performance measurement and reporting.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in performance reporting teams.
• Experience with sovereign wealth funds or institutional investment environment is preferred.
• Experience with cross-asset performance measurement and analytical reporting enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investment performance measurement across all portfolios and asset classes.
• Produce and validate performance attribution analyses (asset allocation, security selection, risk-adjusted performance).
• Analyse portfolio performance against objectives and prepare executive-ready reports.
• Oversee performance data management, controls, and documentation.
• Lead automation initiatives and AI-enabled analytics for reporting.
• Support governance forums and stakeholder communications.
