Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in data center implementation and project delivery.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and mission-critical systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex data center projects.
• Expertise in design review, construction, commissioning, and Uptime Tier standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of international data center projects.
• Develop and execute project delivery plans across multiple regions.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Lead project meetings and drive timely issue resolution.
• Manage construction risks, variations, and contractual claims.
• Oversee commissioning, testing, and operational readiness.
• Drive structured project handover to Operations, including documentation.
• Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and international standards.
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure required approvals.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants effectively.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, resources, and overall financial performance.
