You will work with banks, PSPs, and internal teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and efficient payment operations across multiple markets, delivering clear reporting and governance for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payments & Reporting to support the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of our global payments infrastructure across brokerage and digital asset platforms.

This role will play a key part in multi-currency and crypto payment flows, reporting, transaction efficiency, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and reliable payment operations across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of global payments initiatives aligned with business growth across CFD/FX and crypto verticals.
• Support the delivery of scalable, compliant, and cost-efficient payment solutions across multiple markets.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure payment operations support business requirements, platform performance, and client experience.
• Assist in managing a global payments framework with flexibility for regional and local payment requirements where applicable.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure payment processes remain operationally effective, regionally relevant, and aligned with internal standards.
• Monitor payment performance across markets, partners, platforms, and payment channels.
• Work with banking partners, PSPs, payment gateways, digital asset payment channels where applicable, and internal platforms to support smooth payment operations.
• Support payment integrations, process improvements, and enhancements to existing payment flows.
• Help ensure the payment infrastructure supports multi-currency fiat transactions and, where applicable, crypto-related payment activity.
• Monitor transaction flows, success rates, and operational efficiency through reporting and data analysis.
• Prepare payment-related reports, insights, and updates for internal stakeholders and management.
• Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities to enhance payment processing, reporting accuracy, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with technology, product, and operations teams to support secure, scalable, and user-friendly payment solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements within the payments function.
• Support the improvement of internal payment workflows, controls, and reporting processes.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams to support adherence to applicable regulatory standards, AML/KYC protocols, and payment-related requirements.
• Monitor and escalation payment-related risks, operational issues, and partner-related concerns where required.
• Support a controlled, compliant, and reliable payment environment across relevant jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in payments, payment operations, fintech, brokerage, financial services, or crypto exchange environments.
• Experience working with PSPs, banking partners, payment gateways, settlements, reconciliations, and fraud prevention processes.
• Experience supporting or managing cross-border payment flows, multi-currency payments, and payment partner relationships.
• Exposure to brokerage, CFD/FX, trading platforms, digital assets, or crypto-related payment environments is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including transaction flows, settlements, reconciliation, reporting, and operational controls.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret payment data and present clear business insights.

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of operational risk, compliance requirements, AML/KYC considerations, and regulated financial services environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across MENA, EU, and APAC regions is a plus.
