This is your chance to join a top global team advising technology clients on a broad range of cross‑border transactional matters including M&A (public and private), joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity, venture capital transactions and general corporate advisory work. You will be part of a busy and diverse team spanning seven offices across the Middle East working on transactions across the MENA region.

Responsibilities

As a full service firm in the Middle East, your role will also include working closely with our other award‑winning practice areas on a broad range of matters.

Qualifications

• Experience with venture capital and tech private equity transactions
• Experience with M&A transactions across a range of sectors
• Proven track record of leading deals and negotiations and able to take ownership of matters and run with them
• Commercially astute and stays current on key legal and business news
• Excellent skills in communication, client relations, and team‑working
• Provides a professional, quality service in a timely manner, and responds effectively to requests from internal and external clients
• Recognizes and seizes opportunities for the firm, including repeat business
• Builds and develops own network of internal and external contacts
• Awareness of business development initiatives in the department and identifies ways to contribute
• Maintains a controlled, objective and flexible approach under pressure
• Proactive and innovative.
• Russian language skills would be helpful
