Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an experienced Dispute Analytics Lead to own end-to-end Metro 2 data submissions and FCRA-related bureau activities. You will drive data quality, audits, and monthly reporting while guiding a team of Dispute Analysts.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in consumer lending, strong FCRA compliance expertise, and proven leadership, with hands-on experience in dispute platforms such as eOscar. Join a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 7+ years in consumer lending
• 7+ years in supervisory or leadership role managing FCRA file transmission
• Experience working with FCRA Compliance and credit bureau disputes
• Experience using the eOscar dispute platform at an enterprise level
• Skilled in analyzing large datasets for criteria compliance
• Hands-on experience using LoanPro

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on CDIA, Metro 2, FCRA, and Reg V guidelines

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CDIA, Metro 2, FCRA, and Reg V guidelines
• Direct the end-to-end creation, data quality scrubbing, auditing, and submission of monthly Metro 2 data files
• Oversee Credit Bureau Disputes Management aligned with the broader Complaints program
• Lead troubleshooting, system checks, and root cause analysis for data furnishing errors
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Dispute Analysts
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree followed by 7+ years of professional experience at a Consumer Lending centric organization
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role managing FCRA file transmission
• Demonstrable experience working directly with FCRA Compliance and credit bureau disputes
• Experience managing the eOscar dispute platform at an enterprise level
• Skilled in analyzing large datasets for criteria compliance
• Hands-on experience using LoanPro
