Job summary

Lead the floor with expertise in grooming for menPerform basic and advanced hair services including hair cutting techniques beard trimming and facial hair grooming Ensure that every client receives a personalized consultation regarding their styling goals while recommending products that align with their hair type Provide relaxing hot towel shaves and scalp treatments observing high standards for client comfort

Operational Hygiene Maintenance

Strictly maintain hygiene of the salon at every point Support overall shop upkeep by maintaining a pristine floor and waiting area

Client Experience Administrative Support

Collaborate closely with the Front Desk to balance walk-in traffic and booked appointments Assist in processing payments via the POS system when required Help maintain the high-end aesthetic of the shop ensuring the environment remains welcoming professional and consistent with the broader standards set by the company
