Qualifications

• Experience in barbering and hairstyling with client consultation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and instrument sterilization.
• Ability to supervise pupils or students in training.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with customers and advising them on desired hairdos.
• Reduce and trim hair according to client instructions.
• Style hair using chemical treatments and styling tools.
• Shave, cut and shape beards and mustaches.
• Clean and condition hair for clients.
• Offer hair treatments and color services.
• Ensure combs, scissors, razors and tools are cleaned and sanitized after use.
• Oversee students and trainees.
• Provide face, scalp and neck massages.
• Offer hairdo tips to customers.
