The position focuses on maintaining high service quality for clients while achieving P&L targets.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a corporate finance / M&A / ECM environment.
• Advanced knowledge of analyzing financial statements and company valuation techniques.
• Experience in transaction origination and execution is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in transaction origination and execution of M&A Advisory and ECM transactions.
• Support Exec Directors and Directors in various M&A advisory transactions.
• Ensure appropriate reviews and due diligence are completed for all transactions.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organisational and project management skills

Ability to work under pressure

Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

Adaptability to technological changes

Education
