Qualifications

• Experience in travel, luxury lifestyle, hospitality, concierge or call-center environments.
• Local knowledge of the Middle East (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha) and key Asian markets.
• Available on a full-time basis; currently based in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage member requests in line with agreed deadlines.
• Promote Ten’s full range of services.
• Collect member feedback and encourage repeat use of the service.
