Job summary

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is seeking a Marketing Manager for a luxury hospitality client in Dubai. You will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy spanning digital, CRM, events and partnerships to grow a premium brand.

The role requires a track record in luxury hospitality, premium F&B, hotels or lifestyle brands, plus 5+ years of hands-on marketing leadership and strong UAE market experience. A dynamic, results-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in Luxury Hospitality or premium segments.
• Strong Digital Marketing and Social Media knowledge; UAE market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the full marketing strategy across digital channels, social media, CRM and events.
• Position the venue as a premium destination for families, experiences and celebrations.
• Lead all digital activity including paid ads, email campaigns and content creation.
• Manage brand communications, content calendar and creative direction.
• Collaborate with photographers, creators, agencies and designers on branded content.
