Qualifications

• 18+ years of progressive construction experience on premium projects.
• Experience delivering luxury villas, palaces, or high-end residential towers.
• 8+ years in a senior managerial role overseeing large-scale, complex projects.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full construction lifecycle of luxury developments, from mobilization to handover.
• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies.
• Ensure flawless delivery of high-end finishes and luxury specifications.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations with focus on precision and quality.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and workmanship against luxury benchmarks.
• Identify risks and implement timely corrective measures.
• Act as liaison for high-profile clients, consultants, designers, and contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Communicate progress and key issues to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, UAE codes, and luxury standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to maintain craftsmanship and finishes.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies and risk assessments.
• Manage project budgets with value engineering while preserving luxury.
• Review subcontractor performance and certify works for payment.
• Assist with contractual and procurement matters.
