Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Supervisor – Lifting for an ADNOC Onshore project. The role requires supervising lifting and rigging within onshore oil & gas, ensuring safe execution under ADNOC requirements, approved procedures, and HSE standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing lifting plans and risk assessments, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring equipment and certificates are compliant. ADNOC approval is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Proven experience supervising lifting and rigging operations in onshore oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC lifting standards, procedures and HSE requirements.
• Ability to review lifting plans, risk assessments and work permits.

Responsabilités

• Supervise lifting and rigging operations at onshore project sites.
• Review lifting plans, method statements, risk assessments and JSAs before lifting.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, specs, regulations and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, operations, rigging, logistics and HSE teams.
• Supervise crane operators, riggers and banksmen involved in lifting.
• Verify certificates, inspection records, load charts and third-party certifications.
• Maintain lifting operation records and permits; stop unsafe activities.
