Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring a Solution Architect for Lending Platforms in Dubai. The role focuses on end-to-end architecture across LOS, LMS, and core banking ecosystems, with expert knowledge of FinnOne, Finacle, Temenos Transact, Oracle Banking, and related technologies.

Strong leadership in migrations and regulatory compliance is required. Ideal candidates have 10-15+ years in banking technology, 5+ years in solution architecture, and a proven track record in large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/IT or equivalent.
• 10-15+ years of banking technology experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Solution Architecture roles.
• Experience in large-scale banking transformation or lending modernization.
• TOGAF or banking product certifications (advantageous).
• Knowledge of major LOS/LMS platforms and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for lending transformation programs.
• Design scalable, secure lending solutions across origination to closure.
• Translate requirements into high/low-level designs with governance.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and banking regulations.
• Lead migration and modernization initiatives for lending platforms.
• Collaborate with risk, product, and vendor teams; present to governance.
• Support SIT/UAT and production deployments; ensure smooth handoffs.
