Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a senior legal professional to oversee the ADGM Courts Registrar function in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive litigation and regulatory experience within a common law framework and leadership of a judiciary-focused team. Strong English communication and confidentiality are essential.

The incumbent will advise on legal changes, draft regulations, and represent the Registrar at board and government meetings, supporting the Chief Justice in case management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law required.
• 10-12+ years of experience in a law firm or similar environment.
• Expertise in litigation and alternative dispute resolution within a common law jurisdiction.
• Advanced research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience.
• Advanced English speaking and written communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, judgment, and discretion.
