ADGM Courts, the common law framework within Abu Dhabi Global Market, seeks a Senior Case Manager to lead a high‑performing team and oversee registry operations. You will guide case allocation, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with court procedures while working with Judges, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders.
The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership in a sophisticated, common‑law environment and requires extensive experience in complex case management
Abu Dhabi Global Market Courts (ADGM Courts) are the common law courts of Abu Dhabi’s International Financial Centre, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). ADGM Courts are comprised of a Court of First Instance and a Court of Appeal. The Court of First Instance hears and determines civil and commercial claims or disputes falling within Article 13 of ADGM’s Founding Law, Abu Dhabi Law No.4 of 2013 (as amended by Law No.12 of 2020). These include disputes involving ADGM’s entities and those which parties agree in their commercial contracts are to be submitted to ADGM Courts. The Court of Appeal hears appeals from judgments of the Court of First Instance. The Senior Case Manager plays a critical leadership role within ADGM Courts, overseeing the effective management of the Court’s caseload while leading and developing a team of Case Managers. Building on the core responsibilities of case management, this role is responsible for supervising registry operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality client services, and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team performance. The Senior Case Manager acts as a senior point of contact for complex and escalated matters, working closely with the Registrar, Judges, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders. The role also contributes to the strategic development of ADGM Courts through data-driven insights, operational enhancements, and leadership of key initiatives.
The ADGM Courts support ADGM with a fully independent common law framework to adjudicate civil and commercial disputes. The ADGM Courts’ regulations and supporting rules enshrine ADGM’s legal framework of the direct application of English common law, making it the first jurisdiction in the Middle East to adopt a similar approach to that of Singapore and Hong Kong.
Abu Dhabi Global Market is an award-winning international financial centre strategically located in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
Established by UAE Federal Decree, ADGM’s jurisdiction extends across the entire 114 hectares of Al Maryah Island.
ADGM's three independent authorities - the Registration Authority (RA), the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and ADGM Courts - together ensure that its business-friendly environment operates in line with international best practices, recognised by major financial centres worldwide.
