Job summary

NYK Law Firm invites a Senior Legal Associate to join our litigation and advisory team in Dubai. You will handle complex corporate, commercial, and dispute matters, delivering precise legal advice with accountability, reporting to Partners.

Required are a law degree, 5+ years post-qualification experience, and bilingual/trilingual fluency in Arabic, English, and another language, with deep knowledge of UAE procedures. On-site, full-time role based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) mandatory; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm (UAE/International).
• Bilingual/Trilingual proficiency in Arabic, English and any other language.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and court procedures; excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex legal matters and provide practical, risk-based recommendations.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies for litigation and/or arbitration proceedings.
• Represent clients and coordinate with courts, tribunals, and governmental authorities.
• Manage case files independently and ensure the timely progression of matters.

• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies for litigation and/or arbitration proceedings.
