Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in Operations Management, Operations Research, Logistics Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of operations management principles including process improvement, demand planning, production planning, and materials requirement planning.
• Familiarity with quality management and project management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts including forward/reverse logistics, inventory management, and global trade operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement processes, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in developing mathematical/statistical models for operations, logistics, and supply chain problems.
• Record of research outputs at international level and potential for impact through knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Lead learning and teaching activities and potentially a programme area or course.
• Contribute to course design, development, and evaluation with Dubai and London peers.
• Supervise Master’s dissertations and oversee research projects.
• Promote the institution's research capacity and knowledge transfer culture.
