Job description

The Senior Leasing Advisor is responsible for managing and executing leasing operations across residential and commercial properties. The role ensures optimal occupancy, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Acting as a key liaison between tenants, property owners, service providers, and internal teams, the Senior Leasing Advisor upholds the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Lease Management & Negotiation
  • Oversee lease renewals, negotiations, and amendments.
  • Ensure all lease documentation complies with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
  • Advertise available units through digital platforms, signage, and broker networks.
  • Conduct property tours and professionally present leasing options to prospective tenants.
  • Screen potential tenants, verify documentation, and assess suitability.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and maintain records in YARDI and EJARI systems.
  • Implement timely lease renewals and rent escalations according to market trends.
  • Review lease memos for internal approvals.
Tenant Relations
  • Address tenant inquiries and complaints via email, phone, visits, and meetings.
  • Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and customer delight.
  • Enforce building rules and issue notices for violations.
  • Facilitate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and documentation.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex disputes, ensuring fair and lasting resolutions.
Financial & Reporting
  • Monitor rent payments, delinquencies, and initiate follow-ups.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking.
  • Review utility charges and ensure accurate billing.
  • Generate occupancy, leasing activity, collection, and maintenance reports.
Property Maintenance & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure upkeep.
  • Review service provider attendance and performance logs.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, building codes, and fair housing regulations.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, property owners, brokers, and service providers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including maintenance, administration, and leasing agents.
  • Protect property owner interests through diligent lease management and tenant oversight.
Market Intelligence & Team Leadership
  • Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide insights to support pricing strategies and leasing decisions.
  • Mentor and motivate leasing advisors and junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Candidate Profile
  • Higher diploma or equivalent college degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential or commercial leasing in the UAE or real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RERA laws, Ejari procedures, and leasing regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Masterkey, PropSpace).
