A leading educational institution in Dubai is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to develop high-quality learning experiences for faculty and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include needs analysis, collaborative program design, content development, and evaluation of learning outcomes. SENIOR LEARNING DESIGNER - UAE NATIONAL
Develops high-quality learning experiences for faculty, healthcare professionals, and the community by identifying the needs, consulting with stakeholders, designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic solutions that contribute to the development of the educational offerings in higher education and the healthcare sector
Key Responsibilities :
Needs Analysis & Program Design
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using appropriate tools to inform the design of mission-critical learning programs.
Design learning experiences grounded in evidence-based educational practices and aligned with organizational goals.
Form and lead multidisciplinary teams to co-develop and deliver effective learning solutions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Content Development
Create engaging and interactive learning content, including scripting, audio recordings, and video production, utilizing available technologies and resources.
Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and enhances user engagement.
Testing & Feedback
Pilot learning solutions to assess effectiveness and gather feedback for refinement and final implementation.
Adjust and improve learning experiences based on pilot outcomes and user input.
Implementation & Evaluation
Oversee the implementation of learning programs, monitor learner engagement, and evaluate outcomes using structured feedback mechanisms.
Continuously assess the impact and make data-driven improvements.
Facilitation & Delivery
Participate in the delivery and facilitation of learning sessions to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Academic Program Development
Contribute as a subject matter expert to the creation and enhancement of academic programs, serving on development task forces when required.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Minimum -Master's in Education / Instructional Design / Educational Technology.
Certification / Professional Qualifications -Certification in Instructional Design (if the Master's is in any other discipline)
Overall Experience - 3 to 5 years
Specific Role - P rior experience as a learning designer, instructional designer, course developer, facilitator, or teacher.
UAE NATIONALS ONLY.
