Job summary

EY in the MENA region is seeking a Senior Manager within Digital Risk Consulting to lead high-impact client engagements across the GCC. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, shape risk strategy around technology, and help clients strengthen governance, security, and resilience in complex digital ecosystems.

Ideal candidates bring 12–15 years in IT risk consulting or equivalent, with a proven track record in the GCC. A masters in CS/IS and relevant certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in MENA/GCC with key clients and sectors.
• Masters degree in CS/IS or related discipline; additional IT qualifications are acceptable.
• 12–15 years of IT risk consultancy or senior exec experience.
• Experience across Digital Risk management, IT controls, ERP controls, and cloud/IoT.
• Strong project management, team leadership and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide EY Digital Risk engagements across MENA with client teams.
• Evaluate and enhance client risk posture amid evolving tech environments.
• Develop relationships and drive business development opportunities.
• Manage delivery, timelines, and ensure successful engagements.
• Coach and develop teams, leveraging knowledge and assets.
