Job summary

Tabby seeks a Senior Lead, Information Security to shape and run Tabby’s security program across cloud security, threat detection, incident response and compliance. You will partner with Engineering, IT and Legal to embed security across our UAE-based platforms.

You will design controls in AWS and GCP, drive vulnerability management and security reviews, and mentor a team of engineers. CISSP/CISM or OSCP preferred; 5+ years in security leadership; FinTech/regulatory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Senior security leadership experience in technology environments.
• Deep expertise across cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and security tooling.
• Ability to lead cross-functional security programs in FinTech/banking contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to security architecture reviews across cloud, infra, and product work streams.
• Design and implement controls in GCP/AWS, including IAM and CSPM.
• Drive Secure SDLC, including SAST/DAST/SCA and container security.
• Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response.
• Develop threat detection, SIEM use cases, and security monitoring.
• Mentor security engineers and coordinate with Engineering, IT, Legal and Compliance.
